Shipping policy

Delivery.
PARENTLY's logistics partner ("the Logistics Partner") performs deliveries of Rental Items to the Customer. The delivery time is preliminarily indicated at the time of ordering. When the order is ready for delivery, the Customer will be contacted by the responsible Logistics Partner to schedule the delivery. Deliveries are made as far as possible at the time and to the location and address specified by the Customer. Upon receipt of the delivery, the Customer must be able to show valid identification. If the delivery is received on behalf of someone else, the recipient must be able to show both their own and the actual recipient's identification. The Customer is responsible for making it possible to deliver the Rental Item to the specified address and location. The Logistics Partner has the right to refuse delivery to the desired location if it may pose a risk of damage to persons, property, or property, or if the delivery cannot be considered possible or reasonably to be carried out according to the responsible Logistics Partner. PARENTLY reserves the right to demand compensation for the costs incurred if delivery cannot be carried out due to circumstances attributable to the Customer, including but not limited to the Customer not being available at the agreed time or at the place specified for delivery. The Customer is obliged to inspect the delivered Rental Item at the time of delivery. Damage and deviations visible at the time of delivery must be reported directly to the driver or other party that the customer is informed should receive the information and noted on the shipping document. PARENTLY is not responsible towards the Customer for damage that occurs in connection with the delivery. If the Customer wants to make a claim due to damage that occurred in connection with the delivery, the claim should be submitted to the Logistics Partner who carried out the delivery. The Rental Item is considered delivered to the Customer when the Rental Item is available at the location specified by the Customer for delivery.
Duty to Inspect.
The Customer shall immediately upon receipt of the Rental Item, and always before the Rental Item is used, perform the necessary inspection and carefully examine the Rental Item. If the Customer discovers damage or deviation during the inspection, the Customer shall immediately notify PARENTLY according to the conditions in point 2.11.
Complaints.
A complaint against a Rental Item must be submitted to PARENTLY immediately and no later than two weeks after the Rental Item became available to the Customer. If the Customer does not complain about the condition of the Rental Item within the aforementioned time, the Rental Item is considered received in satisfactory condition.
