Love that there is finally a service where you can rent baby gear. We’ve rented a car seat, which has been great and we plan to also rent a duo pram for a few months now that we have a newborn and toddler. Couldn’t be happier with this service!

Vi hyrde en bedside crib från Parently och blev initialt besvikna när vi fick veta att den modell vi bokat inte längre var tillgänglig, med väldigt kort varsel. Den ersättande modellen som vi blev erbjudna på stället passade tyvärr inte våra behov. Men Parently visade en imponerande kundservice genom att göra ett undantag och köpa in vår önskade modell från en butik utanför deras vanliga leverantörer. Den levererades direkt till vårt hem. Vi är otroligt nöjda med hur de hanterade situationen och ser fram emot att använda deras tjänster igen!

Okomplicerat att beställa på webbsidan och fint bemötande av de vi varit i kontakt med. Vi är supernöjda med den sprillans nya Thule Urban Glide vagnen vi nu använder. Fint att den var ny fast vi tyckt det varit helt ok med begagnat oxå.

It's an unique idea of renting out the baby products. When all the baby products are so expensive, Parently serves the purpose without burn on your wallet. We rented travel buggy for our 3months old for a short travel and we loved it. Loved the quick support 👏 ❤️ Really recommend to all the parents out there 😀

Renting "Pre-Loved"

Each "Pre-Loved" product is carefully inspected and meets high safety standards. We make sure they are fully functional, thoroughly cleaned and have a few character-enhancing scratches. Choosing "Pre-Loved" reduces the amount of waste and contributes to an environmentally friendly lifestyle. It's as good as new - only better, with a satisfaction guarantee. Read more here.

Delivery & collection

Fast delivery all over Sweden in 5-7 working days, 3-day collection in Stockholm. You can choose the delivery date up to four months in advance. The delivery date can be selected during the payment process. Collect for free from our warehouse or choose delivery and return via a DHL service point for SEK 90 per order.

Subscription

The subscription starts on the delivery/tagging date you choose, with clear monthly pricing. The first month's fee is deducted at the time of order, and the following fees are deducted monthly from the second month after the delivery/tagging date. Easily manage your subscription online.

Damage, wear & repair

Less wear and tear? No problem. For major damage, we offer support and spare parts free of charge . Each product is carefully refurbished to ensure the highest quality for the next family.

Returns & exchanging products

For returns or exchanges , use your customer account or contact hej@parently.se for a simple process. There is a fee of SEK 249 for exchanges, which makes it easy to always have the right product.
