Refund policy
IN ENGLISH
Statutory Right of Withdrawal for the Customer. If the Customer, in relation to PARENTLY, holds the position of a consumer and the total price the Customer must pay for the Rental Item according to the Agreement exceeds four hundred (400) SEK, the Customer has a statutory right according to the Law (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises to cancel the Agreement ("Right of Withdrawal"). The Customer has the right to exercise the Right of Withdrawal against PARENTLY, which includes the right to withdraw from the Agreement and return the Rental Item without stating any reason within fourteen (14) days. The withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days runs from the day the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, however not the Logistics Partner, took the last Rental Item under the Agreement into their possession. If the Customer wishes to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Customer must clearly and distinctly notify PARENTLY of this intention by written communication to the address: Båtbyggargatan 7, 120 70 Stockholm, alternatively via email to: hej@parently.se. The Customer can also use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal available on the Consumer Agency's website.
To be considered to have exercised the Right of Withdrawal on time, it is sufficient for the Customer to send their notification of intending to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The Customer is obligated to return the Rental Items covered by the Customer's Right of Withdrawal to PARENTLY without unnecessary delay, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day the Customer notified PARENTLY of their wish to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
The Rental Items must be returned by the Customer to PARENTLY's 3PL warehouse: Vinden – PARENTLY, Garpebodavägen 4, 196 37 Kungsängen. The return shipping cost must be paid by the Customer. Return shipping cost can vary greatly depending on the varying nature of the order in terms of the number of products and size of the products.
If the Customer exercises the Right of Withdrawal, PARENTLY will refund all payments that PARENTLY has received from the Customer under the canceled Agreement, including delivery costs. The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day PARENTLY received the Customer's notification of the wish to exercise the Right of Withdrawal. PARENTLY will use the same payment method for the refund as the Customer used for the original order unless PARENTLY and the Customer explicitly agree otherwise. PARENTLY reserves the right to wait to carry out the refund until PARENTLY has received the Rental Item back from the Customer or the Customer has provided evidence that the Customer has sent back the Rental Item. A condition for a full refund is that the Rental Item is sent back in the same condition as the Rental Item was in when the Customer received the Rental Item. If a decrease in value can be established as having occurred due to the Customer's handling of the Rental Item (other than what is necessary to determine the Rental Item's characteristics and function), the Customer is obligated to compensate for this. The Right of Withdrawal for the Customer does not apply to the extent that the Rental Item has been manufactured or adapted according to the consumer's instructions with characteristics outside PARENTLY's standard range or which otherwise have a clear personal touch.
